The Charter
A Formal Commitment to Human-Centred Capitalism
Preamble
We, the undersigned members of the Business Kindness Alliance, recognise that we are participating in a decisive moment in the evolution of capitalism. Technological disruption — particularly through artificial intelligence, automation and advanced data systems — is transforming the structure of enterprise at unprecedented speed.
This transformation presents extraordinary opportunity. It also presents profound ethical responsibility. We affirm that progress must remain human. As consultancies and small businesses, we hold disproportionate influence over strategic decisions, cultural direction and technological deployment. We therefore establish this Charter as a binding statement of principle and professional conduct.
